Lynae began evening classes in massage in 2005, six
weeks after back surgery. She completed the 22 month program in 2007 with passing of the New York State Boards. She received high scores on her National Certification.
Lynae has enjoyed taking continuing educational
classes in Positional Release, Massage Cupping Therapy, Bodywork for Fibromyalgia, Hot Stone Massage, Psychology of Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and numerous classes through the Institute for
She has massaged in conjunction with local
Chiropractors for the last ten years. She is currently full time employed at the District Attorney's Office and operates her massage business in the evenings and on Saturday. She is also the
Organist for her church in Ames, New York.
Lynae focuses on reducing pain,
soothing injured muscles, stimulating blood and lymphatic circulation and promoting deep relaxation.
